KENTAX^® CF Multi flanges

The Multi flange units shown here are used in our multi-cell evaporators. The most important dimensions are listed here. Both flanges have a standard base plate for further assembly.

CF Multi flange

The Multi flange CF40/4xCF16 has a CF16 flange positioned 180° opposite the CF40 flange, as well as three CF16 flanges spaced at 30° intervals. A fifth possible CF16 flange has been omitted to allow for a very compact design.

CF Hex flange

The images shows the Multi flange CF40/5xCF6+1xCF16 blind. The image on the left shows the adapter disc, which can be used to mount additional components. The image on the right shows the CF16 blind flange, which can be drilled out if necessary. When closed, it allows for a particularly compact design.

KENTAX^® CF Multi flanges combined with our z-travel unit

The z-travel units can be combined with our multi flanges Left shows the flange with 4x CF16 outlets (polar angle 3x 30°, 1x 0°). On the right is the hexagonal flange with 5x CF16 and one CF38 flange (azimuth angle -60°, -30°, 0°, 30°, 60°). A sixth CF16 is prepared with the cutting edge and 6x M4 threaded holes (azimuth angle 180°). The flanges have a inner mounting level with 4x M2.5 threads, on a bolt circle of 34mm. The clear width is 30mm. The clear width for the left flange is 16mm (CF16), for the right flange 40mm (CF40).
